We are only accepting room reservation requests from campus partners and affiliated student organizations through our Skedda reservation system. If you have questions about being added to our system, please contact msc@studentlife.wisc.edu.

Lounge
The perfect spot for your next student org event.
Offering:
Projector, TV, outside food is OK.
100 person capacity, 80 people with chairs.
BCC Classroom
The BCC Classroom is ideal for smaller meetings or student org events.
MSC Classroom
This space is often used for more formal meetings or courses.
Offering:
2 tables, 24 chairs, 2 TV monitors, whiteboard.
24 person capacity, 80 people with chairs.
South Mezzanine
Ideal for smaller meetings and events, the South Mezzanine also provides more privacy than the Lounge or Classroom because it is located on the third floor of the Red Gym.
Kitchen
The MSC kitchen is a shared space that has a refrigerator, freezer, sink, and microwave. The kitchen is open and available any time the MSC is open.
