List Server

This is an announcement to invite students to subscribe to the MULTICULTURAL STUDENT CENTER list server. This list server is a public list which allows individuals to subscribe by sending a message to the list server (instructions below). It is also a moderated list which means all incoming messages are forwarded to the list owner for review.

**If you subscribed to this list in the past, you do not need to subscribe again.**

This list has been established to announce upcoming events, activities, meetings and information pertaining to scholarship, employment and internships opportunities. Email contents will be relevant to the Multicultural Student Center's mission of creating programs that enhance the academic achievement of students of color and developing activities which promote diversity. Programs and activities will focus on the needs of the five designated American ethnic groups: African American, Chicano/a, Puerto Rican, Asian American and Native Americans.

Leave the subject line blank, with the first line of your message to read as follows where your actual name replaces YourFirstName YourLastName. (Example: subscribe MULTICULTURAL-CENTER Judy Jones)

Turn off your signature file when emailing the listserver@relay.doit.wisc.edu address. If you do not you will subscribe successfully but then get an error back referencing the first word or so of your signature file (ignore the message).
