Social Justice Library
The social justice library is located in the MSC reading room. The books that are available to check out are divided into 9 categories: - GENERAL RESOURCES (ETHNOGRAPHIES, MULTICULTURAL/DIVERSITY READINGS/SOCIAL JUSTICE)
- MULTICULTURAL/ALTERNATE HISTORIES
- GENERAL PHILSOPHICAL/THEORETICAL READINGS
- EDUCATIONAL TOOLS (FACILITATION, TRAINING, TEACHING)
- SOCIAL IDENTITY RESOURCES: Race, Gender, Size/Appearance, Religion/Faith, Ability, Class, Sexual Orientation
- GLOBAL COMMUNITY(Global Readings and Theories)
- LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY AND MULTICULTURAL TEAM DEVELOPMENT
The entire library can be viewed at the link below. There are also a wide selection of videos and DVD’s, you can view this list below as well. Books can be viewed in the reading room and taken to the MSC front desk to be checked out. Videos and DVD’s must be obtained by asking the front desk staff. If you wish to check out resources from the social justice library you must sign the user agreement and bring it to the MSC front desk staff. Please see below to print out the user agreement.
